The Lamifil Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Didier Leclercq to the position of Managing Director of Lamifil NV, effective 1 September 2010.
Didier Leclercq was vice-President of the Vitalo Group, responsible for the Packaging Division worldwide.
Charly Verheyden, who remains director of the Board, has expressed his wish to retire from the 1st of April 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Charly for his substantial contribution to the company and counts on his support in the Board.
Lamifil and Vitalo are part of the Koramic Investment Group from the Belgian entrepreneur Mr. Christian Dumolin.
