The company Vitalo – as Lamifil, also part of the Koramic Group – is presently facing major challenges.
Didier Leclercq was Vice-President of the Vitalo Group, before he joined Lamifil, and has a great experience on operational management.
On request of Vitalo and in mutual agreement between Didier, Vitalo and the Board of Lamifil, it was decided that Didier Leclercq will return to the Vitalo Group as Chief Operating Officer as of January 2012.
Didier Leclercq will be replaced by John Dejaeger, currently the chairman of the Executive Committee of Lamifil.
Didier and John will join their forces to guarantee a smooth transition and a continued faithful cooperation with all the Lamifil clients, suppliers and other relations.
In addition, Didier Leclercq will remain Board Member of Lamifil.
