As part of its strategy, Lamifil is increasing its focus on developing and marketing innovative wire products and applications in copper and aluminium and their alloys with a significant added value for its customers. To support its strategic plans, Lamifil is strengthening its organisation. Recently, the commercial department for aluminium was expanded with the aim of growing Lamifil’s footprint in existing and new markets.
Customer goals as a starting point
More than ever, Lamifil is taking customer goals and challenges as a starting point for innovation and delivery of tailor-made high-tech solutions. By doing so, Lamifil wants to contribute actively and successfully to its customers’ Key Performance Indicators such as reducing costs, increasing efficiency, producing in a more sustainable way and improving quality or processes.
“We want to intensify our connection with customers and the market even further,” explains Ines Clenjans, commercial director at Lamifil. “To ensure the highest possible service and to offer our customers added value with innovation and high-quality products that address their specific challenges. Expanding our commercial department will support this part of our strategy.”
Growing the footprint in existing and new markets
By strengthening its commercial department, Lamifil reinforces its capacity to service existing customers and allocates additional resources to explore and address new oppotunities in existing and new markets.
To manage existing and new customers in speciality markets for aluminium, Lamifil brings on board Guy Muyldermans as new account manager. Guy Muyldermans has several years of sales experience in various functions as well as experience in the metals industry working for Aleris. At the same time, Vladimir Voskanian is henceforth combining his role in account management with business development for Lamifil’s new alloys and new markets.
