In 2025, Lamifil continued to grow, securing landmark contracts, planning international expansion, and deepening its commitment to sustainability. We are proud to present our Integrated Annual Report 2025. This report reflects another year of meaningful progress: a 40%+ reduction in greenhouse gas emissions versus our 2023 baseline, a continued decline in workplace incidents, and further steps towards responsible sourcing across our supply chain.
It details our financial performance and ESG strategy, actions, and results — from our advanced copper and aluminum alloy products enabling the energy transition and spurring innovation, to our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, develop our people, and uphold ethical business practices.
While the EU’s omnibus package means Lamifil is not required to report under CSRD, we have chosen to do so voluntarily. We believe transparency and accountability are not compliance obligations, they are part of how we do business. This report has been prepared in accordance with CSRD requirements and was independently audited by Deloitte.
2025 also brought meaningful external recognition. At the 25th edition of the Belgian Awards for Sustainability Reports (BAS),Lamifil won the award for Best Belgian Sustainability Report in the category ‘Large organization not in scope of CSRD’.

On International Safety and Health Day, we took a collective pause to put safety and quality first.
