Inside Sales Representative Special Alloys

Are you passionate about contributing to the energy efficiency and sustainability in the aero, automotive or medical segment?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The inside sales representative will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager to identify new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also have an hands-on attitude, an impeccable time management and problem solving mentality.

Division – sales team

You will report to the commercial director, providing regular input on all activity.

Following tasks are within your responsibilities

  • Preparation of proposal and year contracts, align on terms with AM and present to customers
  • Allign internally with technical, quality and other departments to gather all information to draft proposals
  • Negotiate and win projects if needed supported by AM.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Follow-up on status of year contracts and ordered volumes by customers
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Maintaining the CRM database of current and potential customers.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Assist with exhibitions and marketing activities


  • Master with first relevant experience in a technical commercial environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must any other languages is a plus
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the metal industry is a plus
